In cases where it is impossible, the individual will need to make sure that they have the I-9 completed and sent to Human Resources before they have completed three days of employment.
What happens if the I-9 is not completed?
The individual will not be allowed to work and they will not receive a paycheck until they have completed the I-9 and Human Resources has it on file.
