What information is needed to re-appoint a non-tenure-track faculty member?

  • A letter of recommendation from the Department Chairperson with approval from the College Dean are required when submitted.
  • Appointment and Promotion minutes if required (refer to Faculty Handbook).
  • Use Form R and include in the recommendation letter the last name, first name, and effective period of appointment for individual being reappointed.
