The University of Notre Dame’s Mendoza College of Business is launching an accelerated certificate program in digital marketing for marketing and media professionals. The Digital Marketing Certificate Program, offered by Mendoza’s Stayer Center for Executive Education in partnership with Rutgers Business School Executive Education, will take place Sept. 28 through Oct. 2 at the Notre Dame Chicago campus, located in the historic Railway Exchange Building, 224 S. Michigan Ave.

“We are very pleased to have the opportunity to partner with our colleagues at Rutgers to deliver this valuable certificate program for the first time in Chicago,” said Paul Slaggert, director of Non-Degree Programs at the Stayer Center for Executive Education. “We are leveraging the expertise and experience provided by Rutgers in digital marketing and expanding the range of professional development programs Notre Dame is offering in Chicago.”

Participants will gain an understanding of the essential steps involved in building a digital marketing strategy, as well as the various channels that comprise the digital spectrum, including search, social and mobile. Advanced techniques to personalize the customer experience, acquire new customers and track and measure return on investment will also be discussed. The complete program curriculum is available here.

The Digital Marketing Certificate Program is designed for professionals working in a marketing-related field, IT professionals who want to expand into a marketing role, or individuals who are responsible for developing a digital or social media plan for their organization.

Taught by seasoned experts who have hands-on experience with digital marketing, the program includes case studies, interactive sessions, and class exercises, accompanied by valuable networking opportunities with faculty and fellow participants.

Registration for the Digital Marketing Certificate Program is open until Sept. 25, but space is limited. To register, click here.
