Dual Career Assistance Program

Notre Dame recognizes that transition to a new community can be both exciting and challenging. When recruiting faculty, it is of the utmost importance to respond to the needs of spouses and partners who may be seeking professional employment. To that end and to enhance efforts to attract and retain the most qualified faculty candidates, the University has established the Dual Career Assistance Program through the Offices of the Provost and Human Resources.
The program is designed to extend personalized job search assistance to spouses and partners of both new and continuing faculty members. Tailored to an individual’s unique skills and talents, this service is made possible thanks in large part to collaborations among departments across campus as well as the University's relationships with key community and business leaders.

The Dual Career Assistance Program complements other family-friendly services and benefits offered to employees at Notre Dame.
